What I know about dinning out

Dinning out is all about the food but also all about the experience. I take pride in my 20+ LB's I have put on educating myself so that I could be a better food critique for anyone who chooses to read. Aside from my mass amounts of experience in eating, I am engaged to a top notch, local chef who uses a farm to table philosophy. I get the local information, taste local and learn all the local happenings from him and can report on it. He is also knowledgeable in the chemistry side of food so imagine how awesome our dinner conversations are. Being in the hospitality business I critique service. I have a very high standard of service myself, I wouldn't say unattainably high, but sometimes I can be too honest.

When I review I want anyone reading to be able to picture my experience at a place. Sometimes it may be super simple and other reviews, I probably have a lot to say!
